Frequently asked questions

BAS reports GST (sales and purchases), PAYG instalment obligations, PAYG withholding variations, and other items depending on your business type.

Most businesses lodge quarterly (Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct). Some large businesses lodge monthly. We match your lodgement frequency.

We can prepare an amended BAS and lodge it with the ATO. Amendments are reviewed by the ATO and corrected in your account.

We review the calculation to ensure accuracy. If it's correct, we discuss payment options and timing with you. Large payments can be arranged with the ATO.

No. Input tax credits apply to acquisitions for use in GST-taxable supplies. Non-business expenses, private expenses, and some supplies don't qualify.
