Why fixed fees? Because hourly billing creates a perverse incentive: the more problems you have, the more your provider earns. We'd rather build efficient systems, prevent problems, and earn your trust through results.

No. Your monthly fee covers everything, including setup, implementation, and onboarding. Once you sign up, there are no surprise fees or implementation charges. You pay the same fixed monthly fee regardless of setup complexity.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change which hubs you engage at any time. There are no penalties for changes. If you downgrade mid-month, we prorate the adjustment. If you upgrade, the new pricing takes effect immediately.
That's completely fine. Many clients start with a single hub (Finance or People are most common) and expand as they grow. You only pay for the hubs you need, and can add more whenever you're ready.

There is no minimum contract period or lock-in. You can cancel with 30 days notice anytime. We work on a month-to-month basis because we believe you should stay with us because we deliver genuine value, not because you're contractually trapped. If we stop delivering, you can leave immediately.
Our pricing is flexible. During busy seasons or growth periods, you can upgrade to a higher tier. During slower periods, you can downgrade. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, and are prorated for downgrades mid-cycle.
Our pricing is designed for Australian SMEs with 5-100 employees (our sweet spot) to up to 500+ employees. If you're a startup or sole trader just starting, we can discuss tailored arrangements. If you're larger, our advisors can design a custom engagement. We're focused on businesses that are big enough to need integrated support but not so large they need enterprise pricing.
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other common payment methods. Billing is monthly in arrears for our standard plans. Annual agreements can receive a discount; contact our team for details.
