How remote delivery works
The books, payroll and systems a Valont client runs on are cloud-based: Xero or MYOB for the ledger, a payroll platform that applies the right award to every pay run, Microsoft 365 and the security layer around it. None of that cares which city the business is in, and the specialists who do the work sit in one team rather than in a branch near you.
What a client does see is one Trusted Advisor. The advisor runs a scheduled cadence of calls and video sessions, flags issues early, and is the single person accountable for the whole back office. For onboarding, planning days and the occasional problem that is easier across a table, Valont meets in person, in Brisbane or by travelling to the client.
State rules still matter: payroll tax thresholds, the safety regulator, the workers’ compensation scheme and the public holiday calendar all change at the border. Valont maintains a sourced, dated fact set for each jurisdiction and applies it from the first pay run, so a Perth or Adelaide business is never run on Queensland defaults.
