Microsoft 365 is Microsoft's cloud productivity suite — Outlook/Exchange, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
For Australian SMEs it's one of the two dominant productivity platforms (Google Workspace being the other). M365 includes substantial cybersecurity tooling (Defender, conditional access, MFA) that's often under-utilised.
