You then tick the licences, tickets and insurances you hold and enter each expiry date; the tool flags every item as current, expiring soon, or already expired based on how far the date is from today, and sorts them into a single renewal timeline with the nearest date first. For your insurances, you enter your own annual premiums and it tallies an indicative yearly compliance outlay for planning.
